Celebrating Four Years Stuck In Books ~ 1/2/15

As we continue our celebration, we have another great giveaway for you!

This one is New Adult and though it's part of a series, it can be read stand alone.

The New York Times bestselling author of On Dublin Street and Down London Road returns with a story about letting go of the past and learning to trust in the future...

When Hannah Nichols last saw Marco D’Alessandro, five long years ago, he broke her heart. The bad boy with a hidden sweet side was the only guy Hannah ever loved—and the only man she’s ever been with. After one intense night of giving into temptation, Marco took off, leaving Scotland and Hannah behind. Shattered by the consequences of their night together, Hannah has never truly moved on.

Leaving Hannah was the biggest mistake of Marco’s life, something he has deeply regretted for years. So when fate reunites them, he refuses to let her go without a fight. Determined to make her his, Marco pursues Hannah, reminding her of all the reasons they’re meant to be together.

But just when Marco thinks they’re committed to a future together, Hannah makes a discovery that unearths the secret pain she’s been hiding from him, a secret that could tear them apart before they have a real chance to start over again...

  2. Only once. I discovered a series when I was like 13, and it was book 2, then I got book 7, and then I read the rest in order. They were all standalones though, and there was no crossover between books so it was fine. :)

  3. I am a start to finish reader! I am a little too OCD to handle it any other way.

  4. Never, I have to read them in order. Then when the series isnover I read them all over again.

  5. I prefer start to finish in order but occasionally I make a mistake or if they are stand alones for review sometimes out of order. Thanks!

  8. I prefer to read in order. But I have read one series out of order, but it did bother me to do so.

  9. I prefer to read series books in order. But, some series are "standalone" stories in each book, so reading them out-of-order does not bother me as much. Like the "Trixie Belden" mystery series that I read as a child. Also, some series are really long, and I cannot afford all the books at once, like "Sweet Valley High", which was a total of 183 books (even without SVH:SY). But, if they are newer series, I prefer to start at Book #1. If I don't havee Book #1, I try to get it from the library.

  10. I never read a series not in order. If they can be read as a standalone then yes, but if the story connects with each other then i need to read it in order.
