Oh there have been wayyyy too many favorite YA books. My initial favorite has always been Demon in My View by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes! It's the book that started my reading and paranormal obsession all those years ago!
I don't think I have a favourite YA book, I love so many! But I'm particularly fond of the Twilight series and The Foreshadowing by Marcus Sedgwick because they kind of introduced me to the YA genre and its various sub-genres.
My favorite YA book is Four A Divergent Collection. I was always drawn to Tobias because of our similar pasts and when I got to see the world through his eyes I felt at ease. Might just be me, but that's my favorite. I wish more people would pick it up instead of writing it off because it's a prequel.

Way too many- a better questions would be which ones do I hate. Thanks for the give away! I really liked Unspoken by Sarah Rees Brennan- it was released a couple of years ago.
I'm not entering because I was lucky to attend BEA, but I just wanted to comment and say that I'm so curious about Me Being Me...a book of lists? How exciting! haha
I have way too many favorite YA books, but a couple of them are Crash Into You by Katie McGarry, This Shattered World by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner, Defiance by C.J. Redwine, Rook by Sharon Cameron, Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare, The Selection by Kiera Cass, The Madman's Daughter by Megan Shepherd, and The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh. Thanks for the amazing giveaway!
The Vampire Academy Series and i really loved My Life Next Door. I have to admit only about 10% of what I read is YA...my daughter reads a ton of it though!
