This weeks teaser comes from
I wasn't sure I believed him. Without his embrace, my body felt empty and hollow, as though we were one person, divided. Except it wasn't an even division. He had taken away everything that made me...me. And I would only be me again when I was next to him. I wasn't sure my body would survive on its own anymore. I was no longer whole. page 3 ARC copy
So as you can see from the page number, I just started this one. This book plunges right in there and I still don't know what's up but I'm certainly interested.
What do you think? Leave me a comment and a link to your teaser.

ReplyDeleteMy teaser is from CHOSEN by Denise Grover Swank:
Emma bolted out the door of the rundown diner, pulling her five-year old son behind her. She broke into a cold sweat that had nothing to do with the humid July heat.
I really enjoyed this one! Nice teaser even though I might be Team Jack :D

To say that I'm excited for this book would be an understatement, because I've been anticipating this one for quite a while. I am excited about the nod to Greek mythology and the cover is absolutely gorgeous, it was the first thing I noticed about the book. The teaser is absolutely beautifully written and now you've got me salivating! ;)
