So I am gonna give you the mini-review here, since I haven't reviewed it yet. Oh and if you haven't read Deity, might want to skim this. How to start? I love AIDEN! I've loved Aiden since I read that beautiful purple book 1, Half-Blood. Then I loved him more when I read the prequel, Daimon. And oh so much more when I read Pure. Some peeps may have thought that book was all about Seth but for me Pure was all about that ending. AND the ending was all about how Aiden felt about Alex. THEN, I read Deity and damn, if I didn't fall for AIDEN even more! No, he's not perfect. He's not always as calm as everyone sees but he is HAWT and I don't just mean he can control fire - which he can. SO, when I got my hands on Elixir I was totally EXCITED! And I loved reading from Aiden's POV. I loved knowing that what I believed about him was true. His feeling for Alex were true. What I wasn't prepared for was the depth of the emotions that he endured while trying to help Alex. I wasn't prepared for the pain that I felt for both Aiden and Alex. And when the story was done, I was seriously in NEED of Apollyon- like RIGHT NOW kinda NEED! Loved this book. Of course, I would since JLA is my favorite author and her grocery lists would interest me BUT this is SO much better than a grocery list.
Haven't joined the Covenant series gang? Get on it because this one alone is worth it but the whole series ROCKS.
Still waiting for Deity? Get this one pre-ordered or make sure you download it as soon as possible on November 27th!

I love the cover! I still need to read Half-Blood but I am not looking forward to the Seth Aiden Alex love triangle.

Love triangle??? There is no love triangle!! Seth may think he has a chance with Alex but he's full of himself!!
