Q. Talk about the book that most changed or influenced your life (was it a book that turned you from an average to avid reader, did it help you deal with a particularly difficult situation, does it bring you comfort every time you read it?).
This is so hard to answer because I can think of so many books that have had an influence on my life.
I guess I'll talk about my son. He hated to read, struggling with vision issues. Books are all visual and that made it hard for him. But I started reading the Harry Potter books to him and all of a sudden he was lost in that world and loving it. We read everyone of those books together and we have seen everyone of the movies together. Not only did those book cause him to love the world of books, it also created great memories for the two of us.
So what about you? Leave me a comment or a link to your FF.
Harry Potter will always have a special place in my heart. Great pick!
