Hey Deacon, thanks so
much for talking to me. Not sure I should be in your dorm room but okay.
You won’t be the first or the last in my dorm room, so it’s

Okay. I’m not sure what to say about that except I’m
so not reporting ANYTHING to Aiden.
Speaking of him, what’s it like being his little brother.
Hmm. It’s pretty much like being the little brother to
someone who’s perfect, normal, handsome, talented, and all around awesome.
Since he’s got those things covered, I must excel at other things.

I know things have been pretty tough growing up without....um ... your
parents and all. What got you through it?

What do I think about Deacon? Well, I think he's one of the few people who actually care about Alex and I think he's trying to cope with the death of his parents by drinking and partying. He's not that bad. I also think that it's hard to live in the shadow of his brother who seems to be the ultimate good guy and a fierce warrior. I think Deacon's, as he said, loveable. He's great!

ReplyDeleteDeacon sounds like a great all-around guys guy. But he also has a soft side, it seems, toward his brother. He makes some of the usual sarcastic brother-like remarks but the comments and the tone of voice come around to how much he truly thinks about Aiden. I like him from the "interview" here!

ReplyDeleteLove character interviews! I loved Deacon in Half-Blood and I'm so glad there's more of him in the next book. I like him because under his attitude, he's so sweet. And it's obvious he knows how to love others, just not himself. He needs a girl to help him love himself!

It seems I me that Deafon and Aiden really balance each other out (though they would never admit to it). And I really would like to see more of him. If Aiden didn't keep such a tight chain around his throat, I might've appreciated him more, but as it is, I'm much more a Team Deacon/Seth girl xD
