Teaser Tuesday

This is a weekly bookish meme is hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading.

To participate you:

* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS!
(Make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

So my teaser today is from Die for Me by Amy Plum.

"And the world around me froze when our eyes met. I had the strangest feeling that I knew that guy. I'd felt that way with strangers before, where it seemed like I'd spent hours, weeks, even years with the person. But in my experience, it had always been a one-way phenomenon: The other person didn't even notice me. This was not the case now. I could swear he felt the same."

I know, I always break that two sentence rule. Oh well, sometimes you just need a little bit more.

I just started this book and the teaser comes from chapter 2. I look forward to finishing this book as I have heard a lot of good things about it.

What are you reading? Leave your teaser or a link in the comments. Enjoy the read!

  4. This book, I have it sitting on my self and I'm waiting for the perfect time to pull it off and just dive right into it. I need to get through my reviews and also the books I've got from the library first. I'm thinking this summer would be a great time to read this and also a great time to read Stay from Deb Caletti, there's a couple of other books I'd like to get for that Summer list as well.

    But this is a fantastic teaser and you've made me want to read it all the more.
