Stacking MY Shelves ~ 7/14/13

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.  Make sure to checkout her post with links to all the other participates.

I've been cutting way back on the books that I accept for review/tours to almost none.  The reason is that there are SO many books that I want to read that I haven't had time for because of tour posts.  I finally decided that every time I accept a book, I'm putting off some of the books I have that I want to read.  So I have a list of books I want to read soon.  Every time someone asks me to do a tour or review a book, I look at that list.  I can ONLY accept the tour/review IF I want to read that book as much or more than the ones on my list.

As a result, not much for STS.

Gift

One girl. Twin brothers. An uncommon triangle.

When college student Olivia Townsend returned home to help her father run his business, she never imagined a complication like Cash and Nash Davenport—twin brothers different in so many ways but with one thing in common: an uncontrollable desire for Olivia.

Cash is dangerous, sexy, and bad to the bone—a man whose kisses make Olivia forget she is playing with fire. Nash is successful, reliable and intensely passionate—and already taken. But all it takes is one soft stroke to make Olivia forget he belongs to someone else.

However, Olivia is in for a surprise. These boys have a secret that should make her run away as far and as fast as she can. If only it wasn’t too late. A sensual game between three players has begun, and it’s about to spin deliriously out of control.

I received TWO copies of Down To You in paperback from the publisher! THANK YOU.  One to keep and one to give away.  Watch for that giveaway SOON!

That's it!  Pretty proud of myself for not accepting anything new.  I've read 3 books that are just for me in the last week!  It's so fun and that's why I became a blogger.  What to read what I want and tell you about it.  So that's what I'm doing.

What about you? Any books this week?  Leave me a comment.

  1. My friend read this book last week and loved it. I just added it my TBR list over on GR since she sold the book w/out asking if I'd like to borrow it first. Can you believe that? Anyway, glad I found your blog. I've been snooping around. haha :)

  2. I can relate to having too many books. I don't enter too many giveaways anymore because I have too many books to read.

  3. I bet that the physical copy of Down to You is so pretty in read life. I really need to cut back on review books too, but most of the review books I have are ones that I really want to read. This week my StS is huge since I didn't do one last week and there was a bunch of awesome Harper titles that went up on Edelweiss this week.

  4. I've heard great things about this author and want to read her books. They look like great romances. I've been cutting way back too because I have so many books on my shelf and kindle that have been sitting there for years because I haven't had the chance to read them. I like having a chance to read what I feel like. Happy Reading!

  9. Ooooooo, Down to You! I have this book, too, but on Kindle. I still need to read it, though. It looks FANTASTIC, though, and M. Leighton is awesome. Also, I adore this cover. Hehe.
