Drew + Fable Forever (Drew + Fable, #3.5) by Monica Murphy ~ Review

Source:  Received eBook ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Monica Murphy returns with her most beloved characters, Drew and Fable, in this eBook original 40,000-word novella that brings her bestselling New Adult series full circle.

Fantasy. How I ended up with NFL player Drew Callahan, the guy every woman wants, is beyond my wildest dreams. All I know is that once he chose me as his one and only, I sure wasn’t looking back. I had past wounds and he showed patience and concern—even taking responsibility for my messed-up kid brother. Now, once again, he’s found a way to blow my mind: an exotic wedding and honeymoon miles and miles away from home. What else could a girl ever ask for?

Reality. Now the honeymoon’s over. Drew’s football schedule takes him on the road constantly, while I need to stay put and look after my brother until he finishes high school—because God knows our sorry excuse for a mother won’t. I know Drew loves me with all his heart, and I’ll always be over the moon about him. This just isn’t how I imagined our life as newlyweds . . . dealing with the distance, missing him all the time. But we’ve gone through hard times before. We can get through this, too, right? We’re Drew and Fable, together forever. At least I hope so. . . .

I've loved Drew since book one and he's just gets better and better.

My Thoughts:

5 stars - Drew's magic needs to be experienced!

I loved this book.  It's such a great addition to this series.  Not as much angst as the first two books but this couple has some things to work through.  I loved that it felt real.

Marriage and working around Drew's football career make things a challenge for these two.  But isn't that the way it is?  What I loved was that Drew was still Drew.  Sweet and romantic, he loves his girl no matter what.  Even when they fought, there was still so much love there.  I love Drew's silly little poems.  So much pain in his life has strengthened him into a big softy where Fable is concerned.

Having read quite a few books that just fell flat lately, it was so nice to enjoy one.  This is a short little novella and I don't always care for them but this one is perfect.  It adds to the story and sets things up for Owen's book.

Lots of yummy heat and some fun, this book is a must for anyone who has read and enjoyed the first two books in the series.  If you haven't read One Week Girlfriend and Second Chance Boyfriend, you really need to.  I love these two books a ton.  They're what makes New Adult great and what everyone is trying to copy but Drew's magic can't be copied it needs to be experienced.

Don't miss out of this series.
