Levi's Blue by M. Leighton ~ Review

Source:  Received copy in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Four beautiful days. Three steamy nights. One breathtaking love.

Levi Michelson. He wanted four dates. Four opportunities to prove I could trust him. Four chances to change my mind about him.

I agreed.

Probably not my smartest decision. He was everything I knew to avoid—gorgeous, charming, sexy as hell—but I couldn’t help myself. When he touched me the whole world disappeared. I should’ve known I could lose myself to him, that he could be the one man to destroy me.

I guess it’s true what they say—some things are too good to be true. And Levi Michaelson might just be one of them.

Review...

There are great books and then there are great books by M. Leighton.  There is a difference.  This authors books aways have more.  The characters capture your heart.  The story has some twists and holds you bound in its pages.  The writing is expert.  It all rolls together to be so much more than just a great book.  This one is definitely one of her best.

I adore Evie.  She has quirks and strength.  Mostly I admire her for her lemonade making skills.  True perfection right there.  Of course she falls for the gorgeous Levi - hehe.  I'm laughing as I write this because of the references to the story I am giving you without giving you anything at all.  If you are wondering?  You'll need to grab this one and devour it the way I did.

And Levi.  Oh. My. Goodness.  I fell for Levi.  I fell hard.  He is yummy.  He is kind.  He is gorgeous.  He has secrets.  And, of course, no women has captured him.  His player ways may be a bit overstated but he has no interest in one women for the rest of his life.  His dates with Evie change that but he's stubborn and doesn't realize it very quickly.  Adorable.

Their story is complex and full.  It's not an easy relationship to put together but I was cheering for them, hoping they could find a way.  It's classic M. Leighton, though, and there was no doubt in my mind a way would be found.

The secondary characters provoked my emotions.  I adored Evie's best friend and hated Levi's ex.  They both play a big role in the story and I'm not surprised my emotions got involved.

This story is the best!  It's a book to devour and savor in equal measures!  When you want the good stuff, pick this one up!
