Banned Books Week Giveaway Hop

Hop On Pop by Dr. Seuss

This charming book introduces young children to words that rhyme, such as Hop and Pop, Cup and Pup, Mouse and House, Tall and Small. And once they have learned to recognize one word, children soon find to their delight they can read another simply by changing the first letter.

I learned to read with this book.  It never occurred to me then or now that jumping on Pop was anything more than playing with my Dad.  You can make anything offensive to someone.  I prefer to leave all books available and let people choose for themselves.

Giveaway

I'm giving away this book or any book valued up to $10.

INT as long as The Book Depository ships to you.

May choose multiple eBooks up to $10 as an alternative.

  4. I'm surprised that Hop on Pop was a banned book or someone tried to ban it. My son loves to read that book. We enjoy a lot of Dr. Seuss in our house. Thank you for the giveaway!
