* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS!

Odea Donahue has been able to travel through people’s dreams since she was six years old. Her mother taught her the three rules of walking: Never interfere. Never be seen. Never walk the same person’s dream more than once. Dea has never questioned her mother, not about the rules, not about the clocks or the mirrors, not about moving from place to place to be one step ahead of the unseen monsters that Dea’s mother is certain are right behind them.

Then a mysterious new boy, Connor, comes to town and Dea finally starts to feel normal. As Connor breaks down the walls that she’s had up for so long, he gets closer to learning her secret. For the first time she wonders if that’s so bad. But when Dea breaks the rules, the boundary between worlds begins to deteriorate. How can she know what’s real and what’s not?

Available 9/22 from Harper Teen

Teaser...

In the very back of the arrangement of photographs, Dea spotted a photo of an infant wrapped in a blue blanket decorated with giraffes. She felt a quick shock of recognition: she'd seen that pattern before. She'd seen it in Connors' dreams, on the curtains in one of his windows. (Page 88)

Friends vs. Family (The Ghost Bird, #3)
Sang Sorenson is forced to suffer through another of her mother’s extreme punishments. It almost kills her. The Academy boys vow it will be the last. They're determined to keep Sang safe, especially from her own family.

Their solution: complete invasion of her life.

Kota, Luke, Silas, Nathan, Victor, Gabriel and North do everything within their power to show Sang what true loyalty means. It takes more than blood to make a family and they want Sang in theirs.

In this third book of The Academy series Sang experiences a taste of freedom and what it’s like to truly be cared for...to be wanted. Sang learns a bit more about the boys’ broken families and the boys discover more than they could ever have bargained for about Sang’s. The Academy was the answer to their problems. Could it be hers?

Sang’s actions will force her mother to reveal a startling truth. A truth that will change Sang’s life and the boys’ lives in unpredictable ways. Forever.

Teaser...

He curled his fingers at me. "Come here. Get on my back."
I bit my lip, crossing the room. He turned and lowered to the ground so I could wrap my arms around his neck. His hands clutched my thighs to pick me up off the ground. He dug his cell phone from his pocket and clicked the camera on.
"Smile, Sang Baby," he said. I grinned and he snapped the picture. He kept me on his back as he turned the phone around to look at it. His face was almost grumpy, tough and series and I had a crazy face when I smiled. Night and day. "Not bad."

Yep, I'm definitely loving on North, too. North and Silas and Victor, and...I swear. All these guys are so freaking lovable. And THIS SERIES. Love love love! *flails*
