Celebration with Tammara Webber!

Welcome to a month long celebration!

What am I celebrating?

And it's gone up since then!

SO, I'm celebrating!

All month I will be posting interview and featuring books from some of my favorite authors!

Of course, there will be a HUGE giveaway to go along with it!
For every author that participates, I will add one of their books to the giveaway.  Every book will have a winner! This will be BIG!

Who do I have today?

Tammara Webber!

I’m celebrating passing 700,000 page views on Stuck In Books and I’m so happy you’re here with me for that.

Hope you don’t mind me being silly with you for a bit.  Gotta have some fun, ya know. Does it make me strange that I want to celebrate with authors? It’s a bookish thing.

When you want to celebrate something fabulous, what do you do?

Take a day or two off work. I feel like I’ve got to earn it. J

My celebrating beverage is Coke Zero. I know, I’m weird. What’s your celebrating beverage of choice?

Very good wine.

I tend to hang out at parks with my one-year-old grandson for celebrations.  Where is your celebration destination of choice?

Dinner at a nice restaurant – either something quiet with my husband, or something boisterous with friends – depending on what I’m celebrating!

I might get stuck in a book to celebrate.  Who am I kidding; of course that’s how I celebrate.  (Buying a book is the best kind of celebration!) What was the last book you got stuck in?

ALL OF YOU by Christina Lee. I got to read the ARC of this book by a fellow Penguinite – it will be out in September and it’s fabulous.

New adult books have become my new love.  Do you have a genre that you prefer to read or write over all others?

My favorite category to read is still YA – contemporary romance, fantasy, paranormal – if it has a love story inside the pages, I’m in. I read NA and contemporary and historical romance as well.

If you had to re-write the three little pigs or the three bears into a new adult book, which would you choose and how would you do it?

HA! Okay, I’d have to take the three bears. At 17, Goldilocks would return to the house when she runs away from her wealthy father, who wants to marry her off to some old guy because she’s been spoiled rotten all her life and he’s had about as much as he can take of it. Maybe the bears had moved long –believing that the neighborhood was going to hell with little girls breaking into houses, eating food right off the table and breaking stuff, and then climbing out the damned window instead of apologizing. The 18-year-old boy living there now moved out into the deep woods to get away from everyone, not to have some snooty twit come knocking, demanding to know where the bears went.

You’re building the perfect ice cream sundae to share with one character from one of your books.  What’s on the sundae and who are you sharing it with? Yeah – you need to explain your choice.

Brownie bits. Jacqueline. I’m prying LUCAS DETAILS out of her.

You have woke up in the middle of one of your books but things aren’t unfolding as you thought.  Which character has sabotaged the story and how will you convince them to fix it?

This sort of happened to me with Reid– he hijacked my story about Emma and wouldn’t let go. I finally just let him do what he wanted, because he was going to anyway!

You know my good news, what’s yours?  (What’s the new book/project you got going or any other thing you’d like to share with peeps).

I’m writing Lucas’s story. I wrote EASY from Jacqueline’s POV, because that story was hers. But Lucas has his own story – how and why he became Lucas, what his life was like before Jacqueline, the girl he loved before her, the plans she upended when she walked into that classroom and he couldn’t take his eyes off her. It was nine weeks before they met, and when they did, it was under the worst circumstances possible. I want him to tell everyone what he was thinking that night, and what he was thinking and feeling for weeks before.
Oh I can't wait for Lucas's story! That's very exciting.  LOVE Lucas, btw.

Here Without You (Between the Lines, #4) by Tammara Webber

Everyone has secrets.
Some are buried so deep, their existence is forgotten.
But a secret never told can turn into a lie.
And in love, a lie is one thing:

Reid's in love with Dori, though she hasn't told her parents that she's fallen hard for the guy they'd forbidden her to see. Now she's leaving for college, and Reid's promise not to push her to go public is wearing thin, especially when she can't - or won't - return those three important words he wants to hear.

Five years ago, Brooke and Reid were a Thing. That relationship is long gone, detonated amid allegations of cheating - but they still share a secret that would stun everyone they know and alter public perception of them both if it ever comes out. And it's about to do just that.

Here Without You is the fourth, final installment in the Between the Lines series, which includes: Between the Lines, Where You Are, and Good For You.

NOW the GIVEAWAY part!

So, for every author that I interview, I will be adding a book to this giveaway. Every book will have a winner. It's the same giveaway all month, I'll just be adding to it.
